well then you hafta try and track down whoever it was that was rebuilding them, or check all the other vendors, or bug NAPA to see if there's a Balkamp repair kit like there are for earlier years - or get one from an earlier year [or a vintage Volvo supplier] and use it to rebuild yours ..... or just scrap that control in favor of a simple cable operated shutoff
like this mounted under the hood where leaks won't be a problem, those Ranco valves always leak sooner or later
