The shroud would cover the whole radiator, just the bottom 1 1/2" would be below the core. The fan is something I pickup at a swapmeet, and just doesn't pull much air.
I was afraid the shroud would be to close and slow the air flow. I am going ahead with it, if it overheats then, off to the trash bin with it.
