Jacked up the truck today to work on the starter and it wasn't too fun. I'd like to buy some ramps. Anyone know the weight of a 1950 truck? I have a 454 (figure that's 650lbs there). I'm thinking the Rhino 12000 ramps look good.
I too have a starter issue when hot. Not sure if it's the battery or lack of a heat shield. Going to investigate further and having some ramps should make things easier on me.
