So, is it correct to assume that ALL 235's have 4 bolt VCs and are full pressure lube? I *think* I've read elsewhere here that some early 235s had the 216 two-stud VCs and were babbet/low pressure oiling.
We're buying a '47 - Though I assumed it had a 216 and am happy with that, I'd be equally happy if it had a full pressure 235. Aside from serial numbers, is there any way to tell which vintage 235 one might have? (e.g. hydraulic lifters on later iterations vs tappets on early ones)
