I think that any patch panels need to be "fitted"and alot of the parts even American made stuff needs some fitting they say it will fit 47 to 54 but not all trucks were not made the same,thats why you try and save as much of you're old truck as you can,I've had good luck with American classic, and for door and window stuff The Truck shop in Orange Cal.
