That looks reasonable, although some duplications of tools that could be thinned down, like all the impact wrenches.
I finally after years bought an impact wrench, and still only occasionally use it for taking stuff apart and or breaking bolts that I can sacrifice when removing them.

If you plan to do your own body work you'll need more than one hammer and dolly. It's been said more than once that you can never have to many of either. Three or 4 of each of different sorts depending on your application is a good start Martin Tool makes some of the better/best ones.

Didn't see any good combination wrenches, I know not everyone cares for Snap-On (the prices) but I think everyone can appreciate using a set. Then while your at it buy a Snap-On 3/8" ratchet, the new ones with 80 teeth that are supposedly stronger than the old coarser ones are really nice, I've got a few and now hardly use the older ones I have..

Torque wrenches? 3/8" and 1/2" drive will be useful.

Otherwise, just buy stuff as you need it, that's even a good plan to start with. By buying stuff as you need it you can take the time to research and shop for what best suits you and find good prices. And by not buying it all at once you learn from your previous purchases and may change some of the later ones.
