Toyvo, The counter weight is cast iron and held on the shaft with a pin through its sleeve. I broke mine also. I found a used one at Toms Truck Parts. 918-542-3871. He just cut one off of a cracked manifold. The only problem is you still have to get that shaft out of the counterweight. I just drilled it out for installation to my manifold.
