| | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 1,745 Member | | Member Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 1,745 | Closing off the top of the carb (choke) does increase vacuum. I would check for vacuum leaks or fuel delivery problems, clogged fuel filter, fuel pump etc.
