I,m with Carbking. If that guy got a big gain in MPG putting on a Holley his previous carb must have been in bad shape. He probably did some other tuning at the same time. A bad vacuum advance can cut 2-5 MPG. It,s aq good idea to go over everything else before blameing the carb.
