No one makes a chrome dip stick for these engines because through the years the length of the sticks have changed due to car use vs. truck use and the length of the tube the stick goes into.
The only way I ever got a chrome stick was to have it chromed. I might mention that there is a problem with a chrome stick. When the oil is new in the engine, it is difficult to see the level of the oil on the chrome stick. I had to paint the lower portion so I could get a "read" on the stick.
You might consider a chrome dip stick handle which can be attached to a regular dip stick.
