i recently installed a rebuilt passenger car 235 in my 54 truck. i also used a new motor mount in the front. it looks as though the front of the motor is sitting about 1/4" higher then it should. ie the motor is not sitting exactly horizontal.
has anyone else had this problem? i guess i could grind some rubber off the motor mounts. am i missing something?
