Here's a source and I know there are a few more:
Port size adapters, set of 3, Chevrolet 235 to 216, or turned around, 216 to 235. Used with mis- matched intake manifolds and heads. Also works with Pontiac 224 which is the same as Chevrolet 216 intake manifold and head ports, and Chevrolet-Pontiac 261 which is the same size as Chevrolet 235 intake manifold manifold and head ports.
