I am not sure your set up is the same as mine as I have Carter YFs on a 216 but here is what I doi have. There should have been a linkage arm that came with the manifold. Each end bolts to the throttle arm on the carbs where the linkage that comes up from below went. when you attach it, the arm on the connecting linkage should end up right where your arm was on a single carb. Only one carb provides vacuum to the distributor, take your pick, I used the forward one. The other one gets blocked off. Only one choke is used. That would be the rear one. Just hook it up as you normally would and use it the same way. You need to set the carbs up BEFORE you hook them together. Use rubber bands to hold the arms down. I turned the idle screw out about 3/4's of an inch on each then started 'er up. Then i adjusted each till they sounded good. Hook up the linkage and adjust the idle speed screws so they both bottom out at the same place. If you ping me offline at [email protected], I'll send you a pic or two.
