The 54/55 trim panels attach with push-buttons, rather than screws. 54CarryAll was asking about "internal works" but I think he could use the push buttons for the 54 trim panels in the 52 door, after drilling out the screw holes?
However, I know there is also a different on the lower-hinge access panel but I do not know what the difference is - I had thought it was the screw diameter (and dimple-size in the hole covers)?
