I would jack it up, put it on the appropriate safety type vehicle holding devices, & take a prybar to the springs & look for anything shifting around that shouldn't be. As well the driveshaft, use big channelocks or something & check the u-joints for exessive play. Don't forget the wheels & wheel flanges.
