I'll be doing mine this summer, too. Right now (I haven't started tearing apart yet), it looks like the outer floor, front cab supports, cab corners, and rocker panels. The outer floor sections I bought include the inner rockers. I'll undoubtedly have to fab some pieces or buy more patch panels, but I think I've got most of it covered.
I'm not after a show truck, but I plan on pulling the cab off to properly preserve the floor and frame...for the next 40+ years!
