i have replaced the floors in 2 60's trucks. i bought my parts from lmc. their panels have some overlap from one panel to next so you may not need as many as you think. i wouldn't make these parts for the cost. i mean some of the flat pieces could be made, but even their parts will need a little working. the only part of the floor that's really flat is from edge of seat over to hump. i bet you'll have to get rockers and cab supports too.
