Use the tie rod ends that fit the steering arms, and drill & tap them for the threads of the Ford inner tie rods. You're not likely to find a tie rod end that will adapt those parts without some modification. DO NOT WELD ON STEERING COMPONENTS! That's deadly dangerous!
