Hey John,

Not trying to rain on your parade, but wouldn't it be a lot easier to swap in a 350 SBC? The existing transmission, rear, clutch and brake pedals could be reused, it might be a whole lot less fabricating. The SMC should line up with the pump also.

Will the DD have enough rpm to spin the front mounted pump?

Just thinking ahead... headscratch lol!
