Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I came across another truck online and almost called about it, it's a 66, with rebuilt 305 and 350 trans. And its in better shape than my 61. But I've decided that I will keep the 61, somehow I just like it more. And it's still mostly original. I don't really want to have to figure out what someone else did, I'd rather learn it myself, and make this truck totally mine, rather than something that somebody else restored but I drive. Keep the suggestions coming, I'm finally starting to get a game plan in my head for this project.
