I got Patrick's exhaust last winter. One of the first produced. It's beautiful. Will be going on the truck as soon as I get the engine back in. Like 235 said, they exit shotgun style out the left rear. Had my throttle rod done beautifully until I realized that I had it on the forward shaft on the block rather than the rear shaft/pin. Now back to work on it.
