Make sure the drums are the same dia or near like Scott say's. Check the linings to see if they may be loose at the ends. Take a rough file or grinder & put a champher on the edge of the linings. Sometimes the sharp edges dig in. Wear a respirator when you do this. They may contain asbestes.
