As Grigg and gazim have already said, cutting springs is,at best a poor way to lower a vehicle.
Chopping springs destroys the progressive nature of the coil.
I did it a while back and ruined the ride on my car.
Sure it looked great, but rode like a bag of bolts.
I'm pretty sure someone,somewhere does pre-made lowered springs specifically for your truck.
