I've been looking but can't find anything.

There are the air inflated shocks inside the rear springs on my truck. They gave an inflator valve on them with an extention that leads the rear fender with another inflation valve like that on a bike. Can someone explain this to me. How did it work? Were you supposed to inflate to your preferences? Thanks.
