| | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 41 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 41 | 55.2 chevy 235. from what i found there should be 2 oil lines from the filter. one direct to the block and the other into the block at the restrictor fitting for the oil press guage.
my truck has a tee on the top port of the filter with a line run to a port in the head above the distributor. is this extra line factory ,if not what is the reason for this oil line.
