i have chance to pick up a 59 car 3 speed with a after market floor shifter set up.
it is complete with bell houseing and clutch assembly.
$50
although it does not have the long tailshaft that my 32 1959 fleetside has i suspect based on what you have said that the car 3 speed ought to accept the tailshaft.
