With the motor off, grab the pulley with a gloved hand and try to turn the pulley. If you can turn it even a bit , It's too loose and will need to be adjusted or the belt replaced.

Must be able to cook , clean , sew , tune engines and polish trucks. Must have old Stovebolt and garage. Please send picture of old Stovebolt and garage.
