I think if you look closely at the small stud with the nut removed you will see a small nut recessed in the plastic insulator. It will have two slots that require a special nut driver to loosen.
When you loosen that small nut, the attachment to the point spring will be released and you can change them out. Tim Lederman has info on that little nut...maybe he will see this and give us the hot ticket.
