Are you saying that your engine stand is only has three wheels??
DO NOT USE A THREE POINT STAND!!!!
Get another engine stand or modify that one! Remove the engine from that stand. Then replace the stand or add another wheel/caster. I removed the single caster and added a cross piece of 18-24 inches. I've been there, next time it may very well kill you. There will be next time with only three points.
