Yes, the entire rearend will swap, with only a few alterations. IIRC, the '67-'72 does not have the panhard bar bracket that the earlier rear has. i think I saw somewhare that the lower shock mounts were slightly different, too (don't hold me to that). But otherwise, they are the same.
