Here's the trick I used. Get yourself a couple of 4" long bolts the same size as the upper bolts on your trans. (only threaded part way) Now cut off the heads and cut a slot in the cut off end for a screw driver.
Take out the upper mounting bolts and replace with the new long "studs" you just made. Take out the lower bolts break the trans loose and slide it back on the upper studs and lift it out through the cab.
You can replace it the same way. Just slide it in on the studs and put in the lower bolts, then the upper ones.
