The engine number is A228212844, but the casting says GMC-7 2324002. According to the motor number it should be a 228, but for the casting number a 248 (55 1st?). Since the truck is sort of a mixup, can the guy put a 55 transmission with the engine in the frame. Frame is defenitly a 53 because of the arch on the rear wheel.
