Best I can determine, shoes are same front and rear as well.
What year is your truck Jon? The documentation for a '50 says fronts are 12 inch and rear are 14, front is 2 inches wide and rear is 2-1/2 wide.
Those numbers are consistent with what I've seen on my own '54.
