Were the fenders that far off right out of the box? If so, the vendor should at least allow you some time for cleanup. This is a partial refund to cover the cost to make them fit. This is a standard procedure for body shops that recieve damaged parts. Quicker for the bodyshop, and cheaper for the vendor to handle the claim this way. If you received the fenders and didn't bolt them on the truck right away, the vendor probably won't be that willing to help. Glass parts stay green for quite awhile and as they cure will move around alot. The reccomendation is to mount them as soon as possible so they cure in place to the shape you want. Heating a glass part to reform it, is a standard procedure. If they are off as far as you say, it's probably more than a curing issue.
