It almost sounds like you've got a weak fuel pump.

The only other thing I can think of would be to check the thickness of your battery cables and make adjustments as necessary. (AT LEAST two gauge, ought or double ought would be better).

However, I don't think that you've got a electrical (cranking) issue because it seems to have a pretty good starting RPM and doesn't act like it's getting fuel.
