Weeds I had back surgery a year ago in November. Destroyed a disc. They took it out put in a spacer, wrapped it with kavlar, 2 titanium straps and 4 screws. The best thing I ever did. I feel fine now, I know what you mean about being plugged up. Take your time and let it heal. You will feel great in no time. I feel better than I have for a long time. It only gets better from here.
