Works great, but they're difficult to install without damaging the thin sleeve. I've found out a little heat with a propane torch expands the sleeve just enough to make it slip on easily. Most of the sleeve kits include a small tube of red LocTite to make sure it doesn't spin on the hub. Warm it up, apply the LocTite, tap the sleeve on with a small hammer and a block of wood, and let it cure overnight. You should get a perfectly smooth seal surface, and a stainless steel one at that, which is more wear-resistant than the original.
