Watch out for the distributor, it will fit very close to the firewall. A big HEI dist. might not fit. Also, the 350 sits lower than the old straight six, so the fan would end up too low in relation to the radiator. You will probably have to use an electric fan (or 2 if you have hot summers). Look for at least 4,000 cfm.
