Maybe a regular walk behind snow blower would snuggle up beside the building?
If you go on youtube and search around you can see a railroad snow "blower" used to clear street crossings and switches in yards, it is a Jet Engine...from an airplane, mounted on a carriage with a cab for the driver and it really blows snow...Leaf Vac on steroids.
