I don't know the offset of that particular wheel, but van wheels tend to have negative offset, meaning the wheel resembles a front wheel drive wheel with most the tire inside of the hub.
You'll want to confirm what these wheels are, but likely they will rub on the tie rod in front and possibly the bed in the rear.
