you can run a torsion bar to the front OR REAR of the suspension.
It's just a matter of finding one the right shape and then making the mounts to suit.
As long as it is attached to each side and fixed to the chassis, it will work.
There is not much rocket science to fitting your own if the original will not fit.
You are better off running one if the front end you have fitted was originally designed to run one.
