Try the plumbing department at any of the big box home improvement stores, Home depot, etc. What you need is called a "pipe to tubing street ell" in brass. It will have a male pipe thread, and a hose barb on the other side of the 90 degree fitting. Some stovebolt manifolds have a 1/4" pipe thread in the manifold, while others will have a 1/2" pipe thread. The bigger rigs with Hydrovac brake boosters used the big vacuum fitting, while the ones with only vacuum wipers used the small one.
