norcal49er Wrench Fetcher N Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 293 Redding, CA	You are correct. Your doors are not original. A '48 would have a full window (without a vent) and it would have a turn down door handle (not a push button). Vent windows and push buttons appeared in the early 50's.
