All the cuts can be made on a table saw if you or a friend has one to use. Mar-K web site has dimensions and tech info as well as the Tech Links pages on this site. The important thing is to determine if you want a show or utility bed and picking the right thickness and quality of wood. If you have decided on a show bed you may actually find that Mar-K is priced about the same as buying your wood locally and of course ,most of the work is already done.
