Just a suggestion, what if you used the front sheet metal from a "Big Bolt"? The front wheels/tires would fit the 1 ton chassis better and if necessary "radius" the rear fenders? I like the idea and have the components, but would consider the 83 1/2 ton frame I have. I'm trying to figure out how to hang the rear doors in the conventional way. The center pillar would have to allow for hinge pockets, and maybe modify the doors too make it look right.
