I like the idea,the main trick is getting the rear doors,and proportions to look right.
I've seen ones done just using another pair of doors with the forward slant left as is(wierd), but the one Mongo posted must've used door tops from yet another pair to achieve the squared off look.
Either way,it's a lot of work!
