The way I usually state it is that a 10x22.5 makes about the same revolutions per mile as a 9.00x20 and an 11x22.5 makes about the same revolutions per mile as a 10.00x20. That way no one should get the idea that a 11x22.5 will fit on a wheel designed for a 10x20 and so on.
