Catalytic converters change Carbon Monoxide and Oxides of Nitrogen into water vapor and CO2. Neither one is the least bit harmful, but now Spotted Owl Gore and the rest of the pseudo-scientists will give you 40 lashes with a wet noodle for producing any CO2 at all! Shame on all you for breathing!
