Terminated plastic-coated wire sets are available from
Classic Parts ($150) and
Jim Carter ($210). They have no extra circuits/wires, except for turn-signals (dual-filament lamps and dual rear lamps), maybe.
Original-style sets would not have a circuit/line for heater, radio, and lighter (use your own wire and in-line fuses).
