I would use a rear transmission mount, as was originally installed.
Pad for rear transmission mount (if you have the metal parts, you should be able to use what you have).
If your rear transmission mount cannot be repaired. It's been a while since I had a truck with a mount (I now have only '54s), so I do not know if both rubber pads are used.
